The Big Loop, Day 30: World Bird Sanctuary (18 images)

Today started with a trip to the World Bird Sanctuary, a great place doing great work to rehab the birds and educate the public. In addition to the permanent residents there, we spotted some other, wild birds hanging out in the trees overhead. Yes, more life list birds for me! That does not including the captive birds, which by the way are there only because of injuries that would prevent them from surviving in the wild.
