Here's a tip: If you are in St. Louis and are planning to visit the Gateway Arch, check the MLB schedule to see if the Cardinals have a home game. Otherwise, traffic and parking could be rough. Busch Stadium is only a few blocks away.

But it is worth it! The last time I visited was in 1975, so my memories had faded a bit. Also, they built a beautiful, extensive underground museum a few years ago. Visually, the shape is lovely. The view from the top is spectacular and the information about America's push westward was presented expertly and effectively.
