More Osprey (7 images)

Those fledgling ospreys are getting closer and closer to taking full flight. So I have been revisiting their nest, this time with my brother and nephew along. The first image is of one of the parents bringing back a stick to fortify their nest. I also saw one hover about three feet above the nest for five-to-ten seconds! They are so close!! I really love the shapes that their wings take while in flight. And their coloring is so distinctive and beautiful.
