Walking in a Winter Wonderland (36 images)

This morning, when I awoke to new snowfall in Virgin, I knew I needed drive back into Zion, to again experience its winter wonder. There was no shortage of spectacular landscapes to appreciate and capture. The light and clouds were perfect.

Then at the end of today's visit, I lucked out and spotted some soaring California Condors. Those images will be in my next post.

In my humble opinion, winter is easily the best time to visit Zion National Park.
