Birds at zoos and aviaries don't go onto my Life List. But I can still enjoy their beauty! These, a Ruddy Duck, King Vulture, and Chilean Flamingo, were from a short visit Sunday to Tracy Aviary.
I've been to the Aviary several times, but have never been able to "catch" any photos of quality. Beautiful work! I think my favorite is the King Vulture. I had no idea that they possessed such texture and beauty. What an absolutely stunning revelation! The photograph is touchable, the image makes one long to reach out and touch the bird. Patience is the key to great art and you have it in spades. I love it!
