Yesterday's Relaxing Field Trip

Yesterday's trip to the Farmington Bay Wildlife Management Area: 
The promise of spring via the warmest weather of the year to date, surrounded by the sounds of the abundant waterfowl breaking the otherwise silent air, the easy company of friends, strolling through a rural Utah locale with no particular agenda, visiting with friendly strangers along the way, wildlife sightings, all bathed with beautiful evening light. 

A pretty terrific way to celebrate the day.

Best Post! Probably because I was there. I loved everyone and I'm so glad you could get out of the car fast enough to capture the horse photos. They add quite a bit to the collections. I also love the flying geese, the 3 waving ferns against the blue and the one you caught of the two of us without warning. Good times, cant wait til next time.
