Snow Geese

Each year 10,000-20,000 Snow Geese descend on the small town of Delta Utah on their migration path from the southern U.S. back north to Canada, Alaska, and even Siberia. When that many geese take to the air, it is a flowing ballet of swirling beauty. These images include a few darker Canadian Geese and other species. But you'd hardly notice them among all those Snow Geese!

They will rest a few weeks in the area, then move on north.
