First Blossoms of Spring!

My little garden produced its first harbinger of "spring" yesterday, a beautiful, dainty crocus. Tonight there were three, with more to come soon! The somewhat warmer weather is also helping my daffodils. No blossoms yet, but I see a bunch of buds. I even have tulip leaves popping up. And buds on the magnolia bush.

Winter is (almost) dead! Long live the spring!!!

Wow, this pop of color is so hard to find right now and it's very much needed. These are so awesome. I love the detail of the little tiny yellow stamen. This budlet is so "cute" that it could almost be called by the name of Ling Ling! I would like to frame these for my wall.
