Colin's Retirement

Colin is another old friend. We met about 40 years ago when we worked together at the old Sunset Sports. Well, a few years have passed. His family threw him a retirement party a few days ago. They are a VERY close extended group, freely share their emotion for each other, and LOVE to laugh. A LOT!!! I felt very fortunate to join them.

I wanted my gift of photography from the party to be different. Not just snapshots, but candid portraits. I love the timeless quality of black-and-white. These are some of my favorites from the evening's event.
